Common Problems
|
Absence of electricity meters in the houses. Government sentence the inhabitants who do not pay their electricity fees. Some were imprisoned for 3 months not paying an electricity bill of 150-200 L.E.

No water or sewage pipe system.

No fixed employment of the family

Lack of security. No policemen enter the area. Family disputes remain unresolved. No authority control available in case of big fights.

No waste collection system. Scorpion and other insects

All services are located far away incl. Hospitals, schools, police stations, markets, bakery

Suggestions to some of the above problems
- Cleaning up the dumpster and turning it into a market or park.
- Establishing a clinic, a nursery school and a police station near the dumpster.
